Thank you, Hadas — yes, that captures most of what I was trying to convey.  Another concern is different “redefinition” of the L-SR track, especially if a College decides to “demote” the titles to temporary faculty.

I suspect my point may have been misunderstood. My point was that perhaps we need to step back and have a more specific plan to address this issue. Eve mentioned what she is doing, but it might be worth a focused effort with steps and goals. It was not intended to be whoa I me.
