In Spring 2023, the Cornell administration assembled a committee to develop guidelines and recommendations for the use of Generative AI for education at Cornell.

FABIT was a faculty senate committee from the mid-1990s to 2010 and provided Cornell Information Technology (CIT) with a semi-formal forum in which to discuss issues with faculty representatives.
